When Reid isn't fishing, he enjoys playing sports, swimming and going to the lake. His favorite college sports team is Florida, where he hopes to attend college. Reid's favorite pro angler is Jesse Wiggins and his favorite thing to eat is any kind of fast food.

Reid and his partner Keegan Clement are captained by Pratt Kramer. This is Reid's second season competing with GBC.
